Comprehensive Eye Exam

A thorough eye exam focusing on prescribing glasses and complete eye health assessment.

Our optometrists can diagnose and monitor eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and age-related macular degeneration and more.

What's Included in Your Comprehensive Eye Exam

Visual Acuity Testing

Precise measurement of your distance and near vision to determine if you need glasses or contact lenses, or if your current prescription requires updating.

Eye Health Screening

Comprehensive examination of internal and external eye structures to detect conditions like glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.

Refraction Assessment

Detailed testing to determine the exact lens prescription needed for optimal vision correction, including checks for astigmatism and presbyopia.

Binocular Vision Evaluation

Assessment of how well your eyes work together, checking for issues like eye strain, focusing problems, and coordination difficulties.

Advanced Eye Examination Technology

Digital Retinal Photography

High-resolution imaging of your retina allows us to monitor changes over time and detect early signs of eye diseases that may not present symptoms initially.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

Advanced scanning technology that provides detailed cross-sectional images of your retina, helping detect conditions like diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration.

Visual Field Testing

Comprehensive assessment of your peripheral vision to screen for glaucoma and other conditions that may affect your field of view.

Tonometry for Glaucoma Screening

Precise measurement of intraocular pressure, a key indicator in glaucoma detection and management.
